At Moms Magic Pickle India, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to offering a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot process returns.

2. Process for Returning a Product

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable).
  • Upon approval of your return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  • The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by Moms Magic Pickle India if the product is damaged or defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any opened or partially consumed food items.
  • Products without their original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 7-day window.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or defective, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
